within five miles of the interstate. Houseguests may select from three
different bedrooms (each with own bath) offering privacy and adjoining
sitting areas. RV and camping guests have several select sites to choose
where you'll not be disturbed. The traveling horse lover is assured of the
safety and security of their animals. Trained personnel, local vet services
and Purdue University's equine hospital is just 30 miles away. Take a
morning ride on the trails or workout in the indoor arena. The perfect place
for you and your deserving horse's.
Rates:
Guest Rooms - From $95 per night (includes breakfast) Extended stay
discounts. Guest Apartment - $125 first night, package discounts.
Private and complete with full kitchen, vaulted living room, queen size
bedroom, laundry facilities, and immediate access to stables. RV
guests- $35 per night (includes water and electric) Extended stay
discounts
Campers (Tent/small vehicle) - $20 per night plus $5/person exceeding
two. Extended stay discounts Equine - Inside 12' x 12' stalls
$20/night. Outside pastures with run-in also available. Call for
special needs.
Reservations:
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Your reservation will
be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. We ask for 30 days
notice but
will attempt to serve your need. Please inquire for shorter bookings.
Deposit:
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night or
fifty percent of the basic charges for your visit (whichever is
greater). All balances are due in full at check-in. Additionally
requested services to be paid at check out. We accept cash, personal
checks or traveler's checks. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive notification of
cancellation 14 days prior to your arrival date. There is a $25.00
service fee on all cancellations. If we receive notification of your
cancellation more than 14 days in advance, your deposit minus the
cancellation fee will be refunded. No refund will be given if
notification is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date
unless the room is rebooked.
Pets:
Pets must be leashed or caged. We have resident domestic and wildlife
that pretty much think they have exclusive rights to the grounds. We
will assist in meeting onsite kenneling and/or other needs.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted in designated locations outdoors only. No smoking is permitted in house, stables or shelters.
Other:
Fax & Internet services are onsite. Shuttle and limo services
available. Hiking paths, bridle trails & country roads for
exploring and non-powered boating, fishing, and a PGA golf course (The
