Deer, fox and rabbit still roam freely through the woods and meadows. Wildlife abounds, enhancing walks by the creek, which runs through the property. The pond adds tranquility and provides a habitat for many water fowl. Enjoy relaxing walks, quiet watercraft rides, or just the scenic calm. Acres of woodlands feature oaks, sycamore, beech, and cherry trees. Open fields are surrounded by the best of nature's offerings. Hiking paths, bridle trails and many groomed gathering areas make for great memories.
Rates:
We offer custom packages and itemized schedules. We can arrange all details or limit provisions to only those you require. Contact us to discuss your event and economically meet your goals. We provide a written quote noting any unique and/or contracted services in itemized form.
Reservations:
Reservations assure a successful event. We ask for a 30-day minimum. We accept reservations up to one year in advance.
Deposit:
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to twenty-five percent of the charges for your event total. All balances are due in full at arrival. Special requests may require an additional deposit. We accept corporate and personal checks, ACH transfers, and terms to established clients.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of your reservation will be honored if notification is made14 days prior to your event date. There is a $50.00 service fee on all cancellations. Your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded, excluding any rentals and/or outsourced service fees. No refund will be given if notification is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Pets:
Pets at events must be noted in advance. Domestic and wild residents pretty much think they have exclusive rights of the animal kingdom.
Smoking:
No smoking is permitted in any structures and only in designated spaces externally.
Other:
No firearms are permitted.
Alcohol is regulated by catering, no BOB.

Our Great Room features 18 feet ceilings and window walls bring the outdoors inside. Areas for a formal reception, casual eating, lounging or dining are available. A large stone fireplace anchors the large overhead bridge on the upper level. Additional meeting space and office facilities are located there. The lower level offers meeting areas as well as informal gathering space complete with another fireplace. Glass doors lead to the sun decks and patio area that provides views of fields, grazing horses, and peaceful scenery.
